• 1/3 cupof cooking oil
  • 1/2 cupof sliced onion
  • 1/4 cupof dry chilies
  • 1/10 cupof garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cupof tomatoes
  • 1 cupof chopped watercress
  • 1/2 cupof green peas


  1. Add 60 to 80 ml of cooking oil to your pot, one large sliced onion, four dry chilies and bring the mixture to a boil. Next, add four garlic cloves and sliced tomato. Two bunches of washed and chopped watercress. Stir the ingredients. Add one teaspoon of salt and one teaspoon of sugar. Cook the ingredients until all the water dries up. After ten minutes of cooking add 1/2 cup of green peas.
